Solodzhuk T. Financial Provision of Social Protection of Youth

Object: processes of financial ensuring social protection of young people in Ukraine. Objective: deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving financial support for social protection of young people. Methods: systematic evaluation and scientific deduction, logical generalization, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural analysis, economic and statistical analysis, decomposition, graphical and graphic analytical. Results: improved conceptual framework for designing models of financial support for social protection of young people in Ukraine, financial mechanism for social protection of young people, in terms of its focus on human capital development, methodological tools of evaluating the effectiveness of funding for social programs in the area of social protection of young people, by singling out three blocks of performance indicators (fiscal, social and economic) social programs. Use: in the activities of the Main Financial Department and the Department of Family, Youth and Sports of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, Carpathian scientific think tank, in the learning process of the Carpathian National University of Vasyl Stefanyk.
