Dyba M. Identification Financial Risks of Enterprises by Services of State Financial Inspection of Ukraine

Object: the processes of development and application of the system identifying financial risks enterprises of public sector (state-owned enterprises). Objective: the developing of theoretical concepts and applied recommendations to improve the identification of financial risks public enterprises by authorities of State Financial Inspection in Ukraine. Methods: classification, systematization and generalization, comparison and elimination, mathematical modeling, economic and statistical, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, analytical and structural-logical, structuring, graphical. Results: first formed the system of identification financial risks public enterprises by authorities SFI Ukraine on the basis of the use of economic and financial indicators of enterprises activity, the examined clusters of enterprises in terms of risk and developed discriminant models, allowing to rank public enterprises in probability of occurrence of these financial risks with adverse effects and form by SFI Ukraine effective plans for inspections, improved guidelines for selecting strategies identification financial risks of public enterprises. Use: in the activities of the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine, in the learning process of the National University "Lvivska Polytechnika".
