Bilyk O. The development of Private Pension funds in Ukraine

Object: processes of functioning and development of private pension funds in Ukraine. Objective: improving the theoretical foundations and development the practical recommendations concerning justification directions of development PPF in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, logical analysis, complex analysis, comparison, historical, grouping. Results: improved the scientific approaches to classification of pension schemes by allocating new classification feature according to the enterprise management styles, based on grid management styles R. Blake and J. Mouton, the methodological foundations integrated assessment of reliability PPF, the organizational framework of realization of the process of interaction levels of pension ensuring system through the use of information and payment systems using payment smart card. Use: in the activities of Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Lviv Region, PPF "Pokrova", in the educational process of the National University "Lvivska Polytechnika".
