In dissertation there is the developed conception of strategy of innovative adaptation of enterprise, grounded conception of strategic management by development of agrarian enterprises. Conceptual approach is improved to forming of algorithm of strategy of innovative adaptation of agrarian enterprise in the basis of which there is forming of purposes. It is set, that forming of purposes is the primary stage of algorithm of forming of strategy of innovative adaptation of agrarian enterprise as systems of directions of future activity of subject of menage and machineries of their providing in an external competition environment.
