Dissertation is devoted the questions of development of mechanism of providing and use of circulating assets of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of credit restriction. Theoretical and methodological bases of forming of circulating assets economic essence of circulating assets are considered the methods of calculation of norms of circulating assets are developed. The analysis of indexes of forming of mechanism of providing of activity of agrarian enterprises is conducted by circulating assets, the chart of composition of circulating assets is developed, it is suggested to define the real amount of turns of circulating assets.
