Kravtsova K. Administrative and law regulation of pesticides circulation in farming of Ukraine

Problematic issues concerning administrative and law regulation of pesticides circulation in farming of Ukraine are investigated in this thesis. Such concepts as "pesticide", "pesticides circulation", "secure pesticides circulation", "schedule of secure pesticides circulation in farming of Ukraine" are determined. The peculiarities of the principles, the aim, the tasks, the functions, the forms and methods of administrative and law regulation of pesticides circulation in farming of Ukraine are characterized. The international standards and foreign experience in the field of administrative and law regulation of pesticides circulation in farming are analyzed. By means of analysis of national legislation, the directions of the perfection are determined, and science-based proposals as for reforming of administrative and law regulation of pesticides circulation in farming of Ukraine are worked out.
