In the dissertation the academic nature of industrial property is defined motifs create a series of objects and nature of its market demand and customer value of industrial property as a specific, economic and commercial categories. Grounded, disclosed methods and principles of different forms of marketing activities in marketing and marketing systems of enterprises working in the development and implementation of industrial real estate. The proposals to introduce marketing techniques in management activities of enterprises and the ways the gradual implementation of the marketing management of companies with a view to enhancing their efficiency, directing the efforts of the entire team and every employee in addressing the major challenge of the company - established industrial estate of the consumer value , in the prescribed place in a certain period, within your budget and a target income.
