In dissertation light up theory-methodological bases of analysis of political aspects of Islam, the basic features of political doctrine of Islam open up on the different stages of his forming and in a modern period, a place, role and prospects of religious-political studies of Islam, is grounded in the world. Attention is accented on the necessity of account of wheel within wheels of religion and ideology of Islam, which predetermines more wide understanding of political aspects of Islam. The special attention is taken those features dogmas of Islam, which positively influence on forming of political doctrine. Light up new results in relation to reasons of politization of Islam on certain stages of community development. The leading value of Islam becomes firmly established as religion and factor of social authentication of Muslims in the whole world together with the tendency of gradual depolitization and liberalization of Islam. Also a role and specific of political aspects of Islam opens up in the countries of the West. Proved, that Muslims communities increase the influence in this region, by not submitting a threat social and political destabilization. The features of processes of islam revival turn out in post soviet states and place of political aspects of islam in Ukraine.
