Shovkun V. Legal regulation of livestock breeding in the cattle breeding

3. Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of legal regulation of livestock breeding in the cattle breeding according to the legislation of Ukraine. The concept of livestock breeding in the cattle breeding was analyzed, principles of its legal regulation were adduced. Historical legal aspects of livestock breeding in the cattle breeding were characterized, relevant stages of legal regulation of development in the investigated sphere were highlighted. Object and subject structure in the sphere of livestock breeding in the cattle breeding was researched, features of implementation of business activity in this sphere were highlighted. Also, in dissertation was analyzed the system of state regulatory bodies and their competence was characterized, the issue of legal responsibility in the livestock breeding was considered. As the result of the conducted research number of proposals of current legislation of Ukraine improvement were proposed.
