Chernega A. Biological processes and productivity of winter barley plantings under the influence of herbicide Caliber 75 and plant growth regulator Biolan

The study scientifically substantiated and proved that it was possible to apply herbicide Caliber 75 with plant growth regulator Biolan. In this case key biological processes in plant and soil are activated, which leads to the increase of plantings productivity and improvement of quality of spring barley with simultaneous increase of economic and bioenergetic efficiency of preparations use. It is proved that under complex application of herbicide Caliber 75 (40g/ha) in mixtures with plant growth regulator Biolan (10 ml/ha) when grains of spring barley are treated with it before sowing (20 ml/t) herbicide rates compared to recommended ones can be reduced by 33%. Based on the results of the research environmentally sound and cost-effective measures for applying Caliber 75 with plant growth regulator Biolan have been worked out which enables to increase the yield capacity of the plant.
