TObject: process of management the circulating assets (CA) of trade enterprises (TE). Purpose: deepening of theoretical positions and improvement of methodical approaches in relation to an effective management CA TE in the conditions of market transformation of economy of Ukraine taking into account economic, organizational and structural changes in trading industry. Methods: scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, generalization, scientific abstraction and systematization); economic statistics, multidimensional statistics, graphic); expert (ball estimation, tree of decisions); economy-mathematical methods (algebra of corteges); structurally functional method. It is offered: scientifically methodical approach to for: complex estimation of efficiency of management CA; estimations of possibilities of development of control system by CA TE; to organization of effective management CA TE; to the choice of strategy of management CA; scientifically-practically approach near determination of type of model of financing of CA; concept of economic essence of CA as costs.
