OObject: process of commercial activity of organization consumer cooperation (OCC) of the Donetsk region and Ukraine. Purpose: development of theoretical positions and methodical recommendations is in relation to the management of commercial activity of OCC business-process. It is offered: system of analysis and estimation of indexes of the economy growing of OCC; the conceptual going is near research of competitiveness of consumer cooperation; method of integral estimation of effectiveness of management of commercial activity of OCC business-process on the basis of structural analysis of resource factors of potential; the methodical going is near an optimum management the resources of OCC.
