A scientific task is sent to increase quality of grain mixture cleaning process from light impurities through investigation of the process parameters and the development of new pneumoseparating device. The mathematical model of the nonlinear dynamics of the solid-phase medium "grain - light impurities- air flow", taking into account the interaction between the phases as a continuum with rheological law, which determinate the effect of viscous, hydrodynamics, inertial forces, moving interpenetrating continua are got.
