Honcharuk V. The productivity, quality of meat, metabolism and state of internalss of bulls, is at feeding of enzymic preparation of MEC-BCU-4

The object of research is replacement young of cattle (bulls) of Ukrainian black and pockmarked dairy breed and enzyme preparation MEC-BCU-4. The aim of research. The aim of this work was the research of productivity, metabolism, the state of digesting and endocrine organs of replacement young of cattle fed by enzyme preparation MEC-BCU-4. The methods of research: the achieving of the objectives was conducted using the zootechnical, physiological, chemical, morphological, statistical and analytical methods of research. The scientific novelty: the effectiveness of new multienzyme composition MEC-BCU-4 usage in the diet of replacement young cattle of different ages has been experimentally proved. The level of inculcation: the necessity of usage of multienzyme preparation MEC-BCU-4 in the diet of replacement young of cattle of different ages growing for meat has been conducted. The usage 0.3 of MEC-BCU-4 per 1 ton of mix fodder increases average daily growth for 66 g or by 8.1 per cents, it is received return of 3.2 UAH on invested one hryvnia. The sphere of usage is the higher educational institutions with such field of training as "Animals feeding and forage technologies" and livestock farms
