Object of the study is financial justification as forming government regulation of the national economy. Objective of study is development scientifically-theoretical positions and motivation practical basis operation, as well as methodical approach and recommendation on improvement mechanism financial justification as forming government regulation of the national economy. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, comparative, system approach, economic and system analysis, modeling, logical generalizations, scientific abstraction and expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: the developed theorist-methodical bases and conceptual positions, defining choice mechanism financial justification in system of the government regulation of the economy of the Ukraine; offers on reformatting mechanism of the financial justification and improvement between budgetary relations in context of the shaping budgetary politicians.
