Object of the study is processes of the planning on industrial enterprise. Objective of study is theoretical motivation and development practical recommendation on improvement of the planning on industrial enterprise on base of reflexive management subject planning and interactions between them. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, observations and experiment, logical generalization, theory of the prospects, limited to rationality and hierarchical plays, econometrics and mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: the new decision of the actual problem of increasing to efficiency of the use of reflexive management process planning; concept and scientifically-methodical approaches to reflexive management process planning. Novelty is development small expenses methods of the reflexive influence upon subjects of the planning, allowing correct their behavior for the reason taking the more qualitative planned decisions.
