Тhis thesis is devoted to developing methods for synthesis and research of properties of new 1,2-disubstituted-4-chloro-5-formylimidazoles. Based on those compounds designing of new types of functionalized imidazoles with antitubercular, antimicrobial and antineoplastic activity was implemented.
