Essay

A research object is a process of government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use in Ukraine. The article of research is theoretical bases, methodological principles and methodical going near government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use in Ukraine. A research aim is an improvement of the theoretical and applied principles and methodical approaches in relation to government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use in Ukraine as necessary pre-condition of increase of his efficiency. Research methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison, grouping, generalization, graphic, approach of the systems, imitation design, factor analysis, economic and statistical methods. The scientific novelty of work consists in the ground of theoretical and methodical approaches in relation to the increase of efficiency of government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use in Ukraine. First: the conceptual model of development of government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use is worked out. It is improved: classification of motivational aspirations on a sign the "age-related groups of railroaders"; the methodical going is near government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use. Got further development: theoretical positions in relation to government control of functioning of railway transport of the general use; interpretation of concept "railway transport of the general use"; conceptual approaches are in relation to prognostication of practical results of functioning of railway transport of the general use.
