The object of the research is the managing processes of venture capital organizations in the industry. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and concepts and application guidelines for assessing and controlling the activities of venture capital organizations in the industry. The author used methods of systematization and generalization, statistical and comparative analysis, synthesis and structure-logical method, the method of expert estimations, economic and mathematical modeling, graphical method. The theoretical value of the results is in revealing the theoretical principles of evaluating and controlling the activities of venture capital organizations, identifying the characteristics of their assessment and monitoring in Ukraine and worldwide globalization. Scientific novelty of the results lies in developing the theoretical and methodological foundations of evaluation and monitoring of venture capital organizations in the industry. The scientific novelty of the results is to develop theoretical, methodological and practical principles to develop assessment systems and controlling the activities of venture capital organizations in the industry. The author's recommendations are used for the introduction of value-based management and venture controlling, improving assessment systems and controlling the activities of companies that attract venture capital investments.
