Essay

The process of scientific and technical preparation of machine-building enterprises' production is the research object. Theoretical, methodological and applied bases of scientific and technical preparation of machine-building enterprise' production based on the resource reservation are the research subject. The development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the scientific and technical preparation realization of machine-building enterprise' production based on the resource reservation is the research aim. The research methods are: synthesis, systematization, comparative analysis and generalization, systemic approach, statistical, and comparative financial analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The index of innovation usefulness, which is determined by the number of workings, implanted into the enterprise and sold to interested business entities, protected with intellectual property documents (indicator of actual usage), with the amount of patents, received by the enterprise (an indicator of the potential possible usage, that is potentially suitable for use by NTPV elements - intellectual property rights), showing the demand for patented revisions of design and technological innovations developed in enterprise subdivisions of NTPV and give the possibility to determine the adequacy of innovation reserves for NTPV realization in the following periods has been firstly proposed. The resources typology of machine-building enterprises, the calculation method of particular indicators of another innovation provision with technological, human resources (labor), natural resources and space resources in conditions of a series-parallel preparation of several innovations have been improved. The method for fixing works with NTPV according to the scale and type of machine-building enterprise production, technology and process of resource reservation of NTPV has been developed. The research results have been embedded in machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of usage of author's proposals.
