Essay

The object of the research: the process of using franchising in the economic relations of the industrial enterprise; the purpose of work: further development of theoretical concepts and methods of the use of franchising in light industry; research methodology and instruments: methods of logic synthesis and synthesis, morphological and systematic analysis, historical method, statistical and comparative analysis, systematization and generalization of the method of expert estimates, multivariate factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis, cluster analysis, graphical method; theoretical and practical results: model-brand business franchise, based on the inclusion of additional elements of its composition characterizing the franchise: the number and value of contracts concluded franchising model that allows for the construction of a brand and its effective promotion for the development of franchise business enterprises of light industry; methodological provisions for determining the value of the franchise based on the brand value, the difference of which is the franchisees account of risks calculating the rate of discount and justifying the term of franchise agreement that allows its members to reduce the risks in the process of franchise relations, the definition of franchising, which is based on the selection of mandatory and additional elements of the relationship between the owner of the brand and its potential tenant according to the importance and influence of these elements in the effective formation of relationships between entities; methodological approach to the possibilities of franchising factors and their impact on the performance of financial and economic activities, the difference of which is to identify the dependence of the net income from such factors as reliability franchisor vpiznanist brand franchisor, franchisee organizational support, standardization of main business activities, the franchisor by using multivariate factor and correlation-regression analysis, which will justify the feasibility of franchising to increase enterprise efficiency, consistency and maintenance phases of evaluation of the use of models "Mosaic brand when used franchising" in light industry, the difference of which is taking into account all elements of the proposed model and significant coefficients calculated using the expert method to develop recommendations to strengthen the impact of brand on consumer enterprise; degree of implementation:developments are implemented in practical firms "Trykotazhne association", PE "Osnovyanko"; the sphere of application: improving methodological approaches to improve the efficiency of industrial enterprises and franchise operations.
