Object of research: state regulation of the stok market of Ukraine. Objective: is to establish theoretical positions and develop recommendations for improving the mechanisms of the stok market of Ukraine. Methods: the analysis and synthesis, modeling, abstraction and generalization, a comparative analysis. Results: The studies methodological approraches and the scientific recommendatoins to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the stok market of Ukraine.
