The thesis is devoted to decision of actual scientific problem - justification of methods and facilities for achievement safe levels of vibro-acoustic characteristics of pumping stations, due to increase their technical level, which is possible on the base of discovery and delimitation of increased vibro-activity causes of pumping units, by the dynamic characteristic and improvement new way of feeding regulation. Established amplitude and frequency spectrums of HPPU vibrations coincide with calculations of the acoustic coefficient of efficiency and acoustic power, which indicates necessity of HPPU dynamic properties improvement on the modern pumping stations with increase of their reliability and safety. Radical methods of eliminating causes of increased HPPU vibro-activity are following: use for force pump motor drive with nс = 600 or 750 rpm with a high moment of inertia of the rotor, which excludes the possibility of resonance; disposal from the drive gear (active source of vibration and noise); use quick-response force pump discharge valves and increased number of plungers; changing from the discrete way of hydraulic fluid flow regulation to smooth running, such as frequency-controlled AM.
