Object: managing financial and economic security of commercial enterprises. Purpose: To study the theoretical and methodological positions and development of scientific and practical recommendations, which governs the effective management of financial and economic security specialized trading enterprise. Methods: A systematic approach, logic synthesis, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor, correlation, analysis, decomposition, economics and mathematical modeling, forecasting, graphic and matrix methods. It is offered: justified and proposed a conceptual framework and methodological tools forming risk-oriented financial strategy of commercial enterprise; improved: methods of management of financial and economic security of commercial enterprises on the basis of an action-functional approach, methodical approach to determining the level of financial and economic security companies from trading construction materials; criterial approaches to the classification of the factors that shape the business environment of commercial enterprise and influence its financial and economic security.
