The object of research is the process of crisis management of industrial enterprise. The purpose of the study - the development of theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations for the creation and implementation of anti-crisis program engineering companies based on modern concepts of development organizations. Methods: systemic, situational and process approaches, the synthesis of abstraction, analysis, expert evaluations, qualitative and quantitative analysis, factor, statistical, financial, economic, graphic and tabular presentation of data. Scientific novelty of the results from the fact that in the first complete theoretical basis and the empirical testing of scientific hypotheses on the formation of the anti-crisis program of machine-building enterprises through outsourcing, methodical provisions on scientific support for its implementation. The practical significance of the results is determined by the implementation of the activities of engineering enterprises.
