In the dissertation the nature of insurance services market has been outlined. The factors which determine the development of market of insurance services and his government control are systematized. The features of governmental control of structure of insurance services market are exposed. The directions of improvement of government control of insurance services market are defined and recommendations are developed in relation to their introduction. The prognosis of net premiums and payments structure in 2012-2014 is elaborated on the basis of introduction prognostication models of requirement in insurance services.
