Sorokun I. Administrative and legal regulation of the quality of goods imported to Ukraine. - On the right for a manuscript.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research on the problems concerning the theoretical and practical issues of administrative and legal regulation of the quality assurance of goods imported to Ukraine. The notion of administrative and legal regulation of the quality assurance of goods imported to Ukraine is formulated through the analysis of features, objectives and the role of corresponding social relations in such regulation. The essence, form and methods of administrative and legal regulation of the quality assurance of goods imported to Ukraine are investigated. Delivered and presented are the scientifically proven proposals to improve legal regulation of the activities of officials authorized to influence upon economic entities delivering imported goods to the domestic market. On the basis of theoretical research and analysis of existing legislation the classification according to different criteria of subjects of administrative and legal regulation of the quality assurance of goods imported to Ukraine is proposed. The author also examines the legal forms of administrative and legal regulation of the quality assurance of imported goods. Their general characteristics and features are presented.
