Kyrylyuk R. State Judicial Administration of Ukraine as subject of providing of courts' activity.

There proved that SJA activity is the element of state management of courts activity providing and is realizing as totality of purposeful actions relative to making proper conditions of courts functioning and judges activity. Features of administrative-law relationships per common jurisdiction judges, SJA are formulated and systematization of their by connection with organization of activity relative to providing of courts functioning and judges activity (immediate or mediated) is performed: judicial organizational and extrajudicial organizational relationships. Kinds of SJA providing activity are: 1) providing of proper conditions of common jurisdiction courts; 2) accounting-informational providing of judges activity; 3) providing of independence, inviolability and safety of judges. Definition of each kind of SJA providing activity is formulated. Sub kinds of activity are marked out in bounds of two first kinds. To forms of SJA activity organizational-law forms are included. These ones are complex content forms and the administrative agreements which consists their subgroup are rated to their. The features of administrative agreements in SJA activity are marked out. Definition of term "organization of court activity providing" is formulated by way of taking into account of purpose and content of administrative-law relationships in sphere of judicial authority organs activity. Necessary of Law of Ukraine on Judge Self-Government, on State Judicial Administration of Ukraine bills drafting is grounded. Structure of Law of Ukraine on State Judicial Administration of Ukraine bill and other proposals relative to amendments to legislation are proposed.
