The object of the research is the organizational and economic development processes in the grain industry farms. The aim of the research is the study of theoretical and methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations to improve the cost-effectiveness of grain production in agricultural enterprises through the introduction of modern technologies of growing crops. The research was conducted using the following general and specific methods, such as: Economics and Statistics, monographic, settlement and constructive, Economics and Mathematics, abstract logic, graphics and other techniques. Scientific novelty is to develop a methodical approach to determining the level of economic efficiency of grain production and the economic evaluation of modern technology growing crops in farms based on the use of the criterion of marginal income. The main provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. Scope of use - agricultural enterprises, governments, higher education institutions.
