In dissertation work certainly theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations are formulated in relation to forming and adjusting of the land leasing relations in agricultural enterprises. Essence of concept "lend leasing" is exposed and certainly organizationally economic factors which influence on development of the land leasing relations status in accordance with the requirements of effective m?nage. The analysis of the state and progress of the land leasing relations trend is carried out in agricultural enterprises. Strategy of rational land-tenure is developed in the agrarian forming. The mechanism of adjusting of the land leasing relations is improved in agricultural enterprises. It is offered organizationally economic principles of optimization of sizes of the leased land in the agrarian forming, which are directed on creation of favorable economic terms for forming and adjusting of the land leasing relations.
