The thesis studied the theoretical and methodological foundations of the major directions of the formation of human resources of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Theoretical bases of formation of human resources, assessed the current state of the formation of human resources of the agricultural sector, the methodological approaches to forecasting innovation orientation of human resources of the agricultural sector; reasonably organizational and economic mechanism of innovation orientation of personnel potential of the agricultural sector; Conceptual approaches to governance human resource potential of the agricultural sector, the model "profile balance / imbalance education market and market needs of the agricultural sector for skilled workers".
