Bratkovskaya E. Еconomic instruments of energy saving programs implementation on the enterprises of manufacturing industry

Object of study: the development and implementation of energy conservation programs of manufacturing profile. Objective: to develop the scientific foundations consistent use of economic instruments to improve the process of formation and implementation of energy efficiency of manufacturing profile. Methods: theoretical generalization and abstraction, systematic approach, comparison and generalization, economic and mathematical modeling. Тheoretical and practical results: development of theoretical and methodological provisions for managing energy saving activities through coordinated use of energy regulation.  Novelty: approaches to the regulation of energy production, programming of manufacturing energy profile, assessment of energy efficiency in the enterprise are improved; concept of "management of energy efficiency programs", systematization measures of energy saving activities, several theoretical principles for managing energy saving activities processing enterprises, practical recommendations on the coordination of the effectiveness of energy conservation programs of manufacturing profile are suggested. Degree of implementation: approved and used by JSC "Zaporizhstal" (Zaporozhye), the State Inspectorate for Energy Conservation (Kyiv), the Scientific and Technical Union of Power and Electrical Engineers (Zaporozhye), in the learning process of Zaporozhye State Engineering Academy. Scope: design institutions, industrial enterprises.
