Zhyzhko K. Improvement of enterprises value estimation methods for the purpose of investment involving (evidence from building industry)

Conception and essence of investment and investment processes, as well as estimation activities have been researched and disclosed in the dissertation. Theoretical basis of enterprise estimation analyzed, with definition of its main aims. Methodological and normative base of enterprise estimation researched. Investment in Ukraine with definition of the most attractive sectors of Ukrainian economy for foreign investors are detailed explored. Structure of investment taking into account crisis determined. Present situation of investment in Ukraine building sector analyzed. With purpose of increasing correctness of estimation results have been done classification of building enterprises. Classification was done on basis of two parameters - income and type of activity. Methodological basis of comparative approach improved by means of upgrading of multiples method. For the first time ever proposed and calculated indicator of multiples changing (post-crisis coefficient), which increase correctness of results received by using of multiples method. Proved that higher correctness of results being reached by means of taking into account stages of crisis. Also the indicator allows to forecast value of business on the moment of crisis finishing, that is the investors are interested in the most. Economical-mathematical approach for definition of the most optimal using of investments are developed.
