Makarova G. The evaluation of the economic potential of the building enterprise

The thesis is devoted to the development of the theoretical concepts and the methodical and practical tools for the building enterprises' economic potential evaluation. The essence of the term "the enterprise's economic potential" is defined in the work; the necessity of the integrated approach to its structuring is proved; the theoretical foundations of the enterprise's economic potential evaluation are researched. The methodical approach to the building enterprise's economic potential evaluation, based on the method of principal components, is proposed. The balanced model of the building enterprise's economic potential is grounded. The model takes into account the degree of the subpotentials' influence on the economic potential and allows to determine the ratio dimensions of the balanced subpotentials at which the dimension of economic potential maximizes. The methodical approach to the building enterprise's economic potential dimension forecasting, based on the method of cognitive modelling, which allows to consider the subpotentials' vector trends of the enterprise's economic potential under the most influential external environmental factors of the enterprise functioning, is proposed. The prognostic dimensions of the economic potential and its subpotentials for the Ukrainian building enterprises are calculated.
