Essay

Solved the task of developing principles and approaches to power efficient automatized control of ore-dressing process using finding of optimal mass ratio of technological ore's types in process of main hoppers of ore-dressing factory loading, based on: improvement of method of ore-dressing processes automatized control by hierarchical criteria for optimization of main hoppers loading control process using adaptive multivariable decision making method based on inverse model of technological process of loading main hoppers on ore-dressing factory, new method of recognition of technological ore's types on the basis of analysis of thermographic section of ore's flow, which moves on conveyor, exposed to rays of controlled microwave emission; method of improving the operative recognition for technological ore's types in flow, which moves on conveyor, by thermographic images in conditions of disturbances using the method adaptive median filtration and Tikhonov regularization, that allows to reach needed volumes of concentrate production, its quality and power efficiency of ore-dressing automatized control process.
