Essay

The dissertation is devoted creation of scientific grounds and technology research, appraisal and forecasting stress-corrosion creaking of pipelines. Major factors which one promote process SCC are determined, namely: affinity of areas of pipeline to compressor stations; protective coating type; terrain conditions; a cathodic protection; the stressedly-deformed state. On laboratory device it is conducted studies of process SCC of pipe steels in the conditions of a cathodic protection taking into account the is stressedly-deformed state and influencing of environment with high corrosion activity. As a result of 753 hours of cyclic specimen tests of a piece of a tube the fracture, by depth of ~3,5 mm was formed stress-corrosion. The system of the corrosion monitoring of pipelines, the method of forecasting of areas inclined to SCC and universal corrosimeter pipelines are developed. Approbation of the elaborated means in route conditions have been carried out. Device with knot of an additional repeated loading which one allows to investigate process SCC of samples of tubes of pipelines in vitro is elaborated.
