Guesmi C. Optimization methods for treatment of bacterial keratitis.

The dissertation focuses on treatment efficacy in patients with bacterial keratitis through reasonable application circuit combined treatment with the inclusion piobakteriophag. Practical recommendations for the new treatment with the inclusion piobakteriophag, shows the need to determine the type of microflora sensitivity of microorganisms to antibiotics and piobakteriophag and study activity marker lysosomal enzymes (phosphatase, cathepsin E and ARN -ase) in the tear fluid of patients with bacterial keratitis to determine the effectiveness of therapy.
