Theoretical principles of forming and effective functioning of market of leguminous plants are generalized in dissertation, essence and constituents of market mechanism are exposed, the features of functioning of market of leguminous are investigational as a constituent of grain-growing market and level of adjusting of this market development. The modern state is appraised and factors that predetermine the uneffective functioning of market of leguminous plants in Ukraine are certain. The analysis of forming of demand and supply is carried out at the market of leguminous plants in Ukraine, the mechanism of pricing is investigational on this products and efficiency of her production. Perspective directions of forming of demand are offered on leguminous plants, ways of improvement of forming of suggestion on leguminous plants and directions of development of mechanism of pricing at the market of leguminous plants.
