Sergiy G. Development the decision support system for managing pasta production

The thesis is devoted to the development of decision support system (DSS) and is used to improve the efficiency of management pasta production. According to the methodology of structural analysis and design technique (SADT) a system analysis of the pasta's company industry, was conducted the functional model of production was developed, that gave the opportunity to identify the main problems of management decisions. Multi-task mathematical model of order schedule formation for pasta production was formalized and developed as the main in the management circuit. The software tools for user interface implementation, the models and the methods realization main problems of decision solving were developed. The choice of the DSS structure that integrates various sources with potential further development was substantiated. The appropriateness of using data warehouse based on a standard archive as an information system source for semantic integration, coordination and interim data storage and using them for filling thematic areas. The packages of information download from various sources to data warehouse, which ensure accumulation of packages in chronological order was developed. Development the DSS the following approaches and methodologies were used: man-machine procedures and methods of system optimization, databases and data warehouses methodology, data mining, genetic algorithms and client-server technologies.
