Makhlynets N. Surgical correction of vestibule of the mouth in the complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis.

An object – clinical and laboratory methods, electron microscopy, rheological indicators of mucosa membrane of vestibule of the mouth and radiological examination, osteometryc properties of bone tissue in patients with generalized periodontitis with shallow vestibule of the mouth; aim - improving the effectiveness of treatment in patients with generalized periodontitis; methods - clinical, cytological, rheological, morphological, radiological examination, ehoosteometry and statistics for the study findings; originality - studied clinical and laboratory features of generalized periodontitis with shallow vestibule of the mouth, developed a device and method for measuring the depth of vestibule of the mouth, modified tunnel vestybuloplasty; results - developed a device and method of examination the depth of vestibule of the mouth, modified tunnel vestybuloplasty and combined it with wound-healing preparation; implemented – in a practical and educational process; branch - dentistry.
