Prylepa N. Organizational and structural support of the efficiency of innovation activity of the company.

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and methods of improving the efficiency of innovation at the engineering companies through organizational structuring. The scientific and methodological principles justify the selection of appropriate development strategy forms of innovation, including - through increased organizational cooperation with other market participants. The analysis of innovation at the engineering enterprises of Khmelnytsky is made and an opportunity to increase the effectiveness of these activities by improving organizational and economic factors is found. Methodical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and economic forms of innovation activities at the enterprises have been established. The results of the expert survey substantiated the need to use organizational and economic forms of innovation to improve its efficiency and recommendations for their practical application were developed.
