Arafa B. Improvement of industrial safety of the Egyptian rolling industry based on the existing system in Ukraine

Object of the study: process of management of Industrial injuries and occupational diseases in the rolling industry. Purpose of research: improving the organizational and technical basis of labor protection to reduce injuries and occupational diseases in the Egyptian rolling industry. Methods: Experimental and analytical. Theoretical and practical results: improved ISMS for the Egyptian rolling industry, and was proposed mobile multi-purposes protective screens. Novelty: introduced the concepts: "integrated critical section", "relative risk factor", "delayed time intervals" and "delayed biased probability of occupational diseases"; made scientifically based comprehensive analysis of injuries with the indicators of injuries, risks, and developed indicators of danger and injury, and a mathematical model of multivariate analysis hazardous working conditions in a workshop. Degree of implementation: results were implemented in a rolling Factory in Egypt and in the academic process in the NTU "KhPI". Application scope - rolling industry.
