The problems of tactics of interrogation of versed persons are considered in the thesis. The questions of the definition of versed person, their types, the role in the proceedings and functions are examined. The procedural status of judicial expert and specialist is analyzed. An essence and signs of interrogation of judicial expert and of the specialist are defined, determination of its concept is proposed. The subject of interrogation of them, specifics of its preparation and implementation are revealed. The typical circumstances that belong to the subject of interrogation are given. The systems of tactics of interrogation of judicial expert and of the specialist in pre-trial investigation and trial of the criminal production are developed.
