The thesis is devoted to the intestinal complications early diagnosis and prevention improvement of sick children who received antibiotic therapy on systemic diseases in the hospital and clinics on the basis of clinical, laboratory, biochemical, bacteriological, and immunosorbentstudies. It was found that children with physical illness, who treated in the hospital, had the most common complication of antibiotic therapy an acute diarrhea. Risk factors for its development are prolonged and combined antibiotics. It is shown that antibiotic-associated diarrhea caused in most cases by infection Clostridium difficile. The incidence and clinical course of intestinal complications of antibiotic therapy in children were studied. The existence of subclinical forms of intestinal Clostridium difficile was found. It was determined that recurrent diarrhea syndrome in children who received repeated courses of antibiotics in the outpatient setting, in most cases, is also due to Clostridium difficile-infection. Clinical and laboratory features of the course, scatological performance violations intestinal digestion, absorption (absorption,), intestinal inflammatory response, depending on the availability of clostridial infections, especially bacterial and viral flora against antibiotics were studied. The expediency of prophylactic probiotic that contains Lactobacillus strains from the first days of antibiotic therapy was proved.
