Ponomaryova V. Social phobia complicated by psychoactive substances consumption in adolescents

In the dissertation work it was given theoretical generalization and it was described solution of an actual scientific task - improvement of effectiveness of treatment of adolescents suffering from social phobia (SP) complicated by psychoactive substances (PAS) consumption on the basis of study of addictive status characteristics, gender, clinic-psychopathologic and psychodiagnostic peculiarities of the patients of this category. It was studied the prevalence in modern population of adolescents with SP, persons with different patterns of PAS consumption and without them. It was ascertained the structure of consumed PAS, substance preferences, gender and motivation peculiarities of PAS consumption in adolescents with SP. Clinical and dynamic characteristics of SP were studied: it was distinguished three types of clinically important (in a sense of addiction development risk) prenosological patterns of PAS consumption of relatively high intensiveness: ataractic, hyperactivative and hedonistic ones. It was determined strongly probable (Pmax>0,500) micro- and macrosocial factors of formation of SP with prenosological high intensive pattern of PAS consumption. Psychodynamic characteristics of adolescents with SP complicated by PAS consumption were studied; it was ascertained psychodiagnostic prifile of adolescents with SP complicated by prenosological high intensive pattern of PAS consumption - the disorder which potentially increases the risk of comorbid addiction to PAS development and contributes to complication and chronification of SP. On the basis of the received data it was developed the system of complex specialized therapy of adolescents with SP and different types of pattern of PAS consumption.
