In dissertation the main theoretical aspects and practical recommendations concerning the transformation of investment-innovative processes of the baking industry enterprises are considered. The basic concepts of investment-innovative processes are clarified and specified. The model of investment-innovative processes based on the integration of enterprises with research organizations, private investment structures and government agencies through the long-term cooperation is proposed. The main organizational forms of investment-innovative processes of enterprises are considered. Actual financing instruments of investment-innovative processes into the integrated structures are investigated.
