The system of ensuring of an enterprise's economic security by creating the technology of process-oriented budgeting is improved in the thesis. It shows the importance of budgeting as a tool of the economic security of the enterprise. Capabilities and expediency of the process-oriented budgeting in the system of ensuring the enterprises economic security have been proved. The use of budgeting in the management of bakeries has been reviewed. The sequence of actions for the implementation of the process-oriented budgeting system to ensure the enterprise's economic security has been determined.
