Gubanova T. Legal providing of state financial control of Ukraine

Thesis is dedicated to complex research of the legal adjusting of organization and realization of financial control in Ukraine. Genesis of state financial control, its essence, purpose and basic tasks, principles of forming and realization, are characterized. Authority of bodies of state financial control, forms and methods of financial control, were determined. The features of judicial control relations are described, subjects, objects and maintenance are explored. Foreign experience of construction of the state financial checking system is analyzed. A number of conceptual theoretical statements, conclusions and practical recommendations are substantiated. The role of financial control in realization of financial policy of the state was singled out and its general features, indications and principles of fulfillment were determined. Practical recommendations for the increase of efficiency of the adjusting of state financial control bringing of separate amendments and supplements are substantiated.
