Taranenko L. Organizational and legal principles of agricultural advisory in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the examination of the legal regulation of agricultural extension in Ukraine. The genesis and development of agricultural extension services and its regulation, studied the grounds of such things as counseling and its emergence as a legal institution are considered. There are considered in detail the historical background of the emergence and development of agricultural extension in Ukraine, studied the development and current state of the law of Ukraine on the agricultural advisory activities focus on organizational and legal issues functioning agricultural extension services in foreign countries. Particular attention is paid to the legal regulation of agricultural extension services in Ukraine, including the concept and essence of agricultural extension services, features registration and regulation of activities of agricultural extension services, state-legal and social regulation of agricultural advisory. Developed and suggestions to improve certain regulations on the development of agricultural extension services and efficiency in the fulfillment of agricultural extension services and agricultural advisers functions.
