Essay

In the thesis a scientific task of developing computer and linguistic methods and means for identifying consumer experience in web forum content was resolved. To solve this problem, features and components of consumer experience were defined and its formal model within a web forum was built. Algorithms of decomposing web forum content based on the developed model of its communicative structure were developed. A set of parameterized query templates to search engines for identifying relevant web forums and threads as well as a software and algorithmic complex for detecting consumer experience were developed.
